Grain free edible cookie dough

3 tbsp. of cassava flour

1 tbsp. of unrefined coconut oil

1 tbsp. of 100% maple syrup

Pinch of sea salt

1/4 tsp of pure vanilla extract

Chocolate

Cocoa butter 3 medium size pieces

Cacao powder pour until it’s dark and slightly thick (it should still be smooth)

Use hot water from a tea pot. Place hot water in safe bowl and put the cocoa butter in a mason jar. Place mason jar in hot water until the butter melts. Stirring as needed. Once melted pour Cacao powder until it’s dark and slightly thick (it should still be smooth/no lumps)

Place in mold of your choice or on parchment paper and put in the freezer until hard. If you use parchment paper it will only take about 2 minutes to harden.

Put your desired amount of chocolate pieces in your cookie dough and enjoy.
