  • garlic powder 1 tsp,

  • onion powder 1 tsp ,

  • black pepper 1/2 tsp,

  • sea salt 1 tsp,

  • agave 2 1/2 tbs - let simmer for 30 minutes Spaghetti squash 425 degrees 25 minutes (season with arrow root flour) 1tbs arrow root 1 tsp poultry Mix together until spaghetti squash is evenly coated Egg (runny on the inside) Boil water until rolling boil, place eggs in boiling water with a spoon for 6 minutes. You can’t go over six minutes or it will cook the yoke. Place immediately in ice and then in the freezer for about 2-5 minutes. This stops the egg from cooking. Peel the egg. Garnish with Shredded carrots, onions, baby bok choy, cilantro, radish This recipe can take about 30-45 mins I have found that I am becoming busier. The responsibility of managing my home, children, husband, and career has picked up. My oldest is in high school and has a busy social life along with a couple extracurricular activities thrown in. My youngest is ready for school. During the day I’m realizing I’m truly a stay at home mom, even though I have to juggle business in between playtime and naps. I’ve learned that walks in the stroller are my new office. It allows her to get fresh air and outside. She absolutely loves it. It usually gives me enough quiet time to make one or two phone calls, depending on how long we walk. I am enjoying it but learning that my new season of life will require me to become more disciplined with my time and what I put in my body. I need to be the healthiest version of myself since I wear so many different hats. *I am not a licensed medical professional.
